Ram Kumar Bhandari, Ph.D. Research Fellow at Kathmandu University - Nepal Center for Contemporary Studies 

Ram is a Nepali activist and academic practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the enforced disappearance, missing, victim and survivor's needs, transitional justice and human rights. He is one of the foremost Nepali advocates for a system of transitional justice that addresses the needs of relatives.
