Namaste and Shalom: A Virtual Tour of Jewish India

India's Jewish heritage is a rich cultural and historical saga that stretches from biblical times until today.  Join us for a virtual tour will explore each of India's Jewish communities by virtually visiting significant Jewish sites in Mumbai (Bombay), Kolkata (Calcutta), and Cochin.

The virtual tour will be led by Rahel Musleah. Born in India, Rahel is an award-winning journalist, as well as an author, performer and educator based in New York. She forms part of the seventh generation of a Jewish family from Calcutta that traces its roots to seventeenth-century Baghdad.

Rahel's multifaceted visual, musical, and narrative presentations offer a rare and intimate view of a rich culture that is little-known in east and west alike.

Please RSVP on Zoom to attend.
