About Lisa Adeli
I am a high school and college teacher by background; now I work in educational outreach (with K-14 teachers, community groups, etc.) at the Center for Middle Eastern Studies. I am also a Holocaust educator. Since 2000 I have been a Museum Teacher Fellow with the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. With the Museum's backing, I wrote my doctoral dissertation ( U of A, History Department), which became a book entitled Resistance to the Persecution of Ethnic Minorities in Croatia and Bosnia during World War II (Edwin Mellen Press, 2009).
