Gil Ribak, historian, University of Arizona, discusses the historical background of building the Israeli security fence and the short and long term effects of it on people and geography of both sides. Matthew Abraham, cultural critic, University of Arizona, focuses on the International Court of Justice’s 2004 ruling on Israel’s security wall, paying particular attention to Judge Buergenthal’s dissent from the Court’s advisory opinion.
