Deadline for students currently enrolled in Hebrew to take the Hebrew Credit by Exam!
This deadline is only for students who are currently enrolled in modern Hebrew and wish to take the Hebrew Credit by Exam test for Hebrew they did not already take at The University of Arizona. There is no deadline for students who are not enrolled in a Hebrew course.
Students wanting to test should contact Anat Maimon, Coordinator of the Hebrew Program.
Hebrew Credit by Exam
The Hebrew Credit by Exam test is not required in order to register for JUS 103b, 203a, 203b, 303a or 303b unless a student wants credit for those courses skipped.
A new change in policy makes it possible for native-speakers to take the Hebrew Credit by Exam test.
Hebrew Credit by Exam is not the same as Hebrew Placement
Hebrew speaking students who have not taken Modern Hebrew at The University of Arizona and would like to determine which level of Hebrew is appropriate for them should contact Anat Maimon, Coordinator of the Hebrew Program.
For more information, contact Judaic Studies (520) 626-5758 or sbs-judaic@email.arizona.edu.
